1. Who is responsible
The operator identified in the contact details on this page is responsible for personal information handled through this website and initial inquiries. You can use the contact address on this page for privacy questions and requests.
2. Information we receive
When you browse, our hosting infrastructure processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as your IP address, requested pages, browser details, and request times. Embedded video services receive information as described below.
If you contact us about a call, we receive the information you send, such as your name, email, Telegram username, Instagram or X link, and correspondence. Please share only what is needed to discuss the call. Separate information will be provided before collecting data for a paid coaching service.
The application panels currently displayed on this website show screening questions. They do not provide working answer fields or submit answers. There is currently no on-site checkout or booking integration.
3. Why we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, discuss whether a private call is suitable, arrange calls through an agreed channel, handle requests and complaints, and protect the website and our legal rights. No payment information is collected through this website.
Where the GDPR or similar rules apply, the relevant grounds are steps you request before entering a contract and performance of that contract; legal obligations for records we must retain; and legitimate interests in running a secure website, answering general correspondence, and handling disputes. Marketing or other activities requiring consent need separate consent, which you can withdraw. Reading this policy or agreeing to service terms is not marketing consent.
4. Private and sensitive information
Please do not send intimate images, identity documents, health information, details of your sex life or sexual orientation, or private information about another person through an initial inquiry. Describe your situation without identifying other people, and redact names, photos, phone numbers, and usernames from any conversation you discuss.
If coaching requires sensitive personal information, we will explain the specific purpose and seek your explicit consent before collecting or using it, unless another lawful exception applies. You can decline to provide it or withdraw consent; we will explain any effect on the service. We do not publish identifiable client stories, messages, or recordings without separate permission.
5. Video, cookies, and external services
The landing pages embed a Vimeo video. Loading a page containing that player connects your browser to Vimeo, which receives technical information such as your IP address and information about your browser and the referring page. The player is configured with Vimeo's do-not-track setting. This reduces player tracking, but essential security cookies and cookies already stored by Vimeo may still be involved.
This website does not currently install its own advertising pixels or analytics scripts, and does not use its own browser storage for advertising. Browser settings can restrict cookies, although this may affect video playback. If we introduce optional tracking or a new application, booking, or payment provider, we will update the information and obtain any consent required before using it.
Vimeo's own privacy policy applies to its processing. External messaging services you choose to use, including Telegram, also process information under their own policies. A third-party link does not make that service part of HER GAME.
6. Who receives information and international processing
Information may be handled by providers needed to host and secure the website, deliver video, exchange messages, and administer services you agree to receive. We share only what is needed for those purposes, with professional advisers when necessary, and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Vimeo and messaging or infrastructure providers may process information outside your country, including outside the EEA or UK. Where we arrange a restricted transfer, we must use an applicable lawful safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards, and assess any additional protection needed. Contact us for information about a transfer affecting your data and the safeguards used.
7. How long information is kept
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was received. Inquiry records are kept while the inquiry and reasonable follow-up remain active; and records of requests or disputes for applicable legal retention and limitation periods. Technical logs follow the hosting provider's security and operational retention settings.
When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it, subject to records that must be retained by law or for a specific legal claim. You can ask about the retention period or criteria applying to your information.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of your data; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may object to direct marketing at any time. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Send a request using the contact details on this page. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity, and will respond within the applicable legal deadline, normally one month for GDPR requests. Some rights have exceptions, for example where a record is legally required. You can also complain to your local data protection supervisory authority without contacting us first.
9. Security, age, and changes
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information being handled, but no online service can promise absolute security. HER GAME is for adults aged 18 or over. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
We will update this policy when our practices change and show the revised date. Where a change requires new consent or direct notice, we will provide it; a policy update does not itself supply consent.
